WaveX Terms and Conditions
Welcome to WaveX Sport. These Terms & Conditions govern your access and use of the WaveX website and services. By using our site or booking a session, you agree to these Terms.
Definitions
- “We/Us/Our” refers to WaveX Sport, based in the UK.
- “You/User” means any visitor or participant in our services.
- “Services” refers to website access, session bookings, merchandise purchases, and any other features offered by WaveX.
Use of the Website
- You must be 16 or older to book sessions.
- You agree to use the site responsibly and not to engage in abusive, illegal, or disruptive behaviour.
Bookings & Payments
- Session bookings are confirmed only once full payment is received.
- Payments processed via our secure UK payment gateway (e.g., Stripe, PayPal).
Cancellation & Rescheduling
- Participants may reschedule or cancel a booking within 30 minutes of making it without penalty.
- After the 30-minute grace period and up to 24 hours before the scheduled session, rescheduling or cancellation is allowed, but a penalty fee will apply.
- Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the session are non-refundable.
- No-shows or missed sessions are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Liability
- WaveX provides a safe, supervised workout environment. However, participants attend at their own risk.
- We are not liable for injury, unless due to gross negligence on our part.
Intellectual Property
- All content (text, images, logos) is owned by WaveX and protected by copyright.
- You may not republish, modify, or distribute any content without our written consent.
Amendments
- We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be published on the site with an effective date. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing Law
- These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of UK courts.
